North America Procurement Academy

The purpose of the NA America Procurement Academy is to provide procurement and business employees of other functional areas with the necessary knowledge regarding our procurement organization, policies and tools that govern the procure to pay function.  The North American Procurement Group  provides procurement and inventory management expertise to cement, concrete, and aggregates operations and their administrative offices throughout the US and Canada. The North American Procurement Team focuses their activities in four areas:  Strategic sourcing,  operational procurement, inventory and warehouse management, processes improvements and reporting. The strategic objectives include of the North American Procurement Team includes: Delivery of savings by implementation of cost-effective global and regional sourcing strategiesImprovement of procurement efficiency through the use of best-in-class systems, processes, and toolsDevelopment of a sustainable world-class procurement organization by investing in people
